When you book an event, join our email list, or contact us through our website we may collect:

Your event date, location, and details
Payment information processed securely through our payment processor

Communications between you and Bogey
When you visit our website we may also automatically collect basic analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and general location — this is standard website behavior and helps us understand how people find and use our site.

Text Message Communications
If you opt in to transactional messages you may receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders, balance due reminders, and event-day communications via SMS.

Payment Information

Agreement
By booking a Bogey Mobile Golf Simulator experience or using our website you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Bogey Mobile Golf Simulator, owned and operated by Sydney and Nick Walden of Joshua, Texas.
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking at Bogey's discretion.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
With 14 or more days notice — your deposit is non-refundable but we will issue a credit valid for 6 months toward a future booking.
With 7–13 days notice — deposit is forfeited. No credit issued.
With less than 7 days notice — deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance may be owed if preparation or travel has already begun.Reschedules with 14 or more days notice are always accommodated with no additional fee. Your deposit transfers to your new date.

Weather
For outdoor events Bogey strongly recommends having a covered or indoor backup option available.If severe weather conditions make the event impossible to execute safely Bogey will work with the client on a reschedule at no additional cost. Weather decisions are made at Bogey's discretion based on conditions that pose genuine risk to guests or equipment.Bogey does not cancel for light rain, mild wind, or uncertain forecasts.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate event details including date, location, guest count, and space dimensions
Ensure the event space meets Bogey's minimum requirements — approximately 10x15 feet of flat surface, at least 9 feet of ceiling clearance for indoor setups, and access to a standard power outlet
Ensure a safe environment for guests and Bogey team members during the event
Notify Bogey of any access restrictions, HOA rules, or venue requirements that may affect setupEnsure guests treat Bogey's equipment with reasonable care

Equipment & Liability
Bogey carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request for venues or corporate clients that require one.
The client is responsible for any damage to Bogey's equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts by guests or the client. Bogey reserves the right to charge the client for repair or replacement costs in such cases.
Bogey is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from unsafe conditions at the event location, misuse of equipment by guests, or circumstances beyond Bogey's reasonable control.
Photography & Media
Unless the client has opted out in writing at the time of booking, Bogey reserves the right to photograph and video record the event for use on social media, the Bogey website, and marketing materials.
Clients who wish to opt out must notify Bogey in writing before the event date. Opt-out requests made after the event WILL be honored for content already published.

Bogey's Right to Cancel
In the rare event that Bogey must cancel your booking due to equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Bogey will make every effort to notify you as early as possible and assist in finding an alternative solution.
Intellectual Property
All content on bogeygolftx.com including text, logos, graphics, and brand assets is the property of Bogey Mobile Golf Simulator and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Bogey's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your event shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Bogey for the applicable booking.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
