Answers to the questions that are probably sitting in the back of your mind right now

I've never done anything like this. Is it complicated to book? Not at all. Fill out the form, we'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm your details, send over a simple contract, and collect a 50% deposit to hold your date. The whole process takes about 10 minutes and then you're done — we handle everything from there.

What if my event is coming up soon? If your event is within 2 weeks, skip the form and email us directly at sydney@bogeygolftx.com! We'll do our best to make it work and will always be upfront if we can't.

What do I need to have ready before you arrive? Honestly, almost nothing. A flat surface with enough space (about 10x15 feet, 9 feet of clearance for indoor), access to a standard power outlet, and your guests. We bring everything else.

What if the weather turns on us for an outdoor event? We recommend having a covered backup option just in case — a garage, covered patio, or indoor space. If the weather looks like a real problem we'll reach out early so we can make a plan together. We never just show up and hope for the best.

I'm not sure which package is right for my event. That's what we're here for. Tell us about your occasion, your crowd size, and what you're hoping it feels like — and we'll tell you exactly what we'd book. No pressure, no upsell, just an honest recommendation. What's your cancellation policy? Reschedules with at least 14 days notice are accommodated with no stress. Cancellations are handled according to your contract — and always with as much grace and flexibility as we can offer. We're real people and we treat our clients like real people too.

Are you insured? Yes — fully insured with general liability coverage. We provide a certificate of insurance for any venue or corporate client that requires one. Just let us know when you book.

Do you require a deposit? Yes — 50% at booking to hold your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.

Is there anything Bogey can't do? If there's truly a space or occasion we can't accommodate we will always tell you honestly upfront rather than figure it out the day of. We'd rather be straightforward than overpromise.
